Clean Leads provides personalised and exclusive cleaning leads to approved cleaning businesses. By using our website or purchasing leads, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Nature of Service
Clean Leads is a lead generation service only. We do not provide cleaning services and are not a party to any agreement between Clients and customers.
Exclusive Leads
All leads supplied by Clean Leads are generated for and sold to one Client only. Leads are not shared, resold, or redistributed.
Lead Information
Leads may include customer contact details, service request, and location. Information is provided as submitted by the customer.
Delivery and Availability
Leads are delivered via email, SMS, or another agreed method. Delivery times and volumes are not guaranteed unless agreed in writing.
No Guarantee of Results
Clean Leads does not guarantee customer response, bookings, revenue, or conversion outcomes. Results depend on the Client’s pricing, response time, and service quality.
Payments and Refunds
Payment is required in advance. All fees are non refundable except where required by law.
Lead Validity
Leads are considered valid once delivered. Replacement may be offered at our discretion if a lead is clearly invalid or duplicated and reported within 48 hours.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must use leads ethically, comply with privacy and spam laws, and not resell or misuse lead information.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clean Leads is not liable for loss of income, profits, or business opportunities. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the lead.
Termination
Clean Leads may suspend or terminate services for breach of these Terms or non payment. Termination does not entitle the Client to a refund.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.
