  1. Introduction
    This Refund Policy explains how refunds, replacements, and disputes are handled for services provided by Clean Leads.

By purchasing leads from Clean Leads, you agree to this Refund Policy.

  1. Nature of Services
    Clean Leads provides digital lead generation services. Once a lead is delivered, the service is considered provided.

Due to the nature of lead generation and digital services, results cannot be guaranteed.

  1. No Refunds on Delivered Leads
    All payments made to Clean Leads are non refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds are not provided for delivered leads due to factors including customer non response, change of mind, pricing objections, or unsuccessful conversion.

  1. Valid Lead Definition
    A lead is considered valid once delivered and includes customer contact details as submitted by the customer.

Clean Leads does not guarantee accuracy beyond the information provided by the customer.

  1. Replacement Policy
    At our discretion, a lead may be replaced if it is proven to be clearly invalid or a duplicate previously supplied by Clean Leads.

Replacement requests must be submitted within 48 hours of lead delivery and include supporting evidence.

  1. Non Eligible Refund Situations
    Refunds or replacements will not be provided for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Customer does not answer or respond

  • Customer changes their mind

  • Job is outside Client pricing or scope

  • Client is unable to service the location or timing

  • Client follow up delays

  1. Subscription Payments
    Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non refundable once a billing period has commenced.

Cancellation of a subscription stops future billing only and does not entitle the Client to a refund for the current period.

  1. Chargebacks and Disputes
    Unauthorised chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate suspension or termination of services.

Clients are encouraged to contact Clean Leads first to resolve any issues.

  1. Legal Rights
    Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes or limits rights available under Australian Consumer Law.
